Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model the brand’s customer-first approach and support a high-performing team at Store 1460-Alderwood Mall-ANN-Lynnwood, WA. You’ll guide associates, deliver personalized customer experiences, and partner with the Store Manager to step in as a manager when needed.

Qualifications include retail sales experience, leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
