Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to guide and model exceptional customer experiences while supporting associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, coaching teammates, and upholding brand standards, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Location: Washington, PA area store.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
