Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to join our store team in Washington, DC. You will model personalized customer experiences, guide associates, and partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll contribute to an inclusive, high-performing environment, coach teammates, uphold visual standards, and leverage technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
