Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Madison, WI, to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching a growing team. The role focuses on brand representation, staff onboarding and development, and maintaining high visual and operational standards to drive sales.

You will guide associates, provide real-time feedback, and help ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Help create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Step into manager responsibilities when needed.
