Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 4539-Aspen Grove-LaneBryant-Littleton, CO. You will create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and motivate the team to reach targets.

Your leadership will help ensure smooth operations, a fabulous store appearance, and trained, motivated staff, with the ability to step into the Manager role when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities
