Lane Bryant, under KnitWell Group, seeks a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and guide the team toward highest potential. Your operational knowledge enables stepping into the Manager role when needed.

You’ll drive store performance by coaching staff, sharing product knowledge, and upholding brand guidelines to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and strong people skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and operating store systems.
