KnitWell Group in Loveland, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, uphold brand standards, and create memorable guest experiences. You will partner with store leadership to drive sales, model customer-focused service, and ensure smooth daily operations on the floor and in the stockroom.

You’ll coach team members, share product knowledge, and communicate brand priorities while maintaining flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to support store goals.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
