The role emphasizes brand priorities, effective communication, and hands-on guidance on sales, operations, and guest service. Flexible, evenings/weekends required; 18+.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and support scheduling, performance, and development of associates.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, replenishment, and store policies.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-centered environment aligned with our culture.
