Job summary

Chico's in Brighton, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards while delivering welcoming, hospitality-driven experiences that reflect our culture.

You will coach associates, open/close shifts, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment; share brand priorities; and drive sales through product knowledge and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omnichannel initiatives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
