Job summary

Chico's in Kendall, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment and guide associates to deliver memorable shopping experiences.

You will contribute to store operations, coaching, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and staying informed on promotions. Must be 18+, 2 years retail management preferred, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
