Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Des Moines store to champion the customer experience and coach associates. You’ll work with the Store Manager to become a store expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), and comfort with POS systems. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is important.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and role model exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching so associates excel in interactions.
• Step into managerial duties when needed.
