Job summary

Ann Taylor in Altoona, IA is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will have a direct impact on both the customer and the associate experience, collaborating with the Store Manager to become a store expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll lead onboarding and development of a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused environment while enabling a seamless omnichannel

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
