Job summary

Janie and Jack in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire the team, build authentic customer relationships, and deliver outstanding service in a luxury children's brand environment.

You will coach and motivate staff, ensure a well-presented store, handle scheduling, and contribute to achieving sales goals while embracing diversity and inclusivity. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inspiring company.
• Great communication and optimistic problem-solver.
• Flexibility to support non-selling activities to meet the needs of business.
• Availability to work when needed, including nights and weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about leading your team to success.
• Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• A result driven role model for the team in sales generation and exceptional customer focus through building genuine relationships.
• Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store through stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
• Motivates and inspires the team to achieve/exceed hourly, daily, weekly business goals using strong business acumen skills.
• Generates ideas to evolve and grow the business.
• Celebrates team progress and encourages others to exceed.
• Accountable for self and holds others accountable.
• Operationally strong and resourceful.
