Job summary

LOFT at Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to support and model exceptional customer experiences, guiding associates to deliver personalized service and drive store performance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and be ready to step into a management role when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech-savvy and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful, timely decisions.
• Strong organization, delegation, and prioritization to meet deadlines.
