You will contribute to a positive, inclusive environment and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to lead store operations and be ready to step in as manager.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and support omnichannel shopping.
