LOFT seeks a Sales Lead at Store 1335-Dulaney Plaza-ANN-Towson, MD 21204 to inspire teams and deliver standout customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to model service excellence and run operations when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience and strong communication. The role supports an inclusive team culture, offers evenings/weekends/holidays, and pays $16.00–$20.00 hourly USD with 401(k) and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience or more.
• Management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to associates so they deliver their best customer interactions.
• Step into manager responsibilities when needed.
