Job summary

LOFT in Brea, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer service, support associates, and partner with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

You'll drive brand-aligned experiences, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and uphold visual and operational standards while ensuring a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred; compensation ranges from $17.90 to $22.35 per hour, USD.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
