Responsibilities span welcoming clients, understanding preferences, presenting products, managing inventory, and supporting events while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and accurate POS transactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail or customer service experience, ideally in apparel or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, authentic demeanor reflecting the Johnnie-O brand.
• Understand customer needs, style preferences, and fit requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback and personal styling recommendations.
• Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and events to engage customers.
• Maintain a client book and follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store sales.
• Assist with outreach, appointments, and event support to grow the customer base.
• Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and stocked.
