Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail or customer service experience in apparel or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with an authentic Johnnie-O experience.
• Understand needs, style preferences, and fit.
• Provide styling feedback and product knowledge.
• Maintain client book and build relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Engage customers with additional product recommendations.
• Participate in outreach, appointments, and events.
• Keep sales floor and fitting rooms clean and stocked.
• Assist with back-of-house, price changes, and transfers.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns/exchanges.
• Follow cash handling procedures in POS.
