Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with customers.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to service.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with an authentic Johnnie-O brand experience.
• Listen and connect to understand needs, style preferences, and fit requirements.
• Provide styling suggestions and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a client book and build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Assist in inventory, restocking, and merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns/exchanges.
• Follow cash handling procedures and POS accuracy.
• Support back-of-house tasks and seasonal floor changes.
• Participate in outreach, appointments, and events to grow the customer base.
