LOFT Store in Altoona, IA is seeking a Sales Lead to help deliver personalized customer experiences and support store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
