Coastal Cowgirl Curator is seeking an onsite Key Holder/Lead Sales Associate to support day-to-day store operations while driving sales through exceptional customer service and confident product guidance. You will help maintain strong floor standards and ensure customers feel welcomed, informed, and supported.

Success in this role means consistently meeting daily sales goals, keeping the sales floor organized and visually appealing, and delivering a positive shopping experience during peak

Formación

• 3+ years of apparel retail experience (required).
• Retail and/or sales experience (required).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and meet daily goals using effective selling techniques.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and fit.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized floor.
• Support loss prevention practices on the sales floor.
• Process transactions using POS systems, including Shopify POS.
• Greet customers and build relationships for retention and repeat business.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge on fit, style, and fashion influences.
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and floor sets.
• Complete daily floor and boutique upkeep tasks and stock organization.
• Assist with inventory receiving and labeling.
