Job summary

DXL Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder in a free-standing store to deliver unmatched guest experiences. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and leverage product knowledge to drive sales across a broad range of apparel.

You’ll coach teammates on selling skills and behavior in a fast-paced setting. Compensation includes base hourly pay plus commission potential and quarterly bonuses; 401(k) and comprehensive benefits apply for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending quality time, learning about needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as product knowledge expert for apparel, private labels and tailored clothing.
• Provide on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
