Job summary

White House Black Market in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards by delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will assist with general store operations, open/close responsibilities, coach the team, manage scheduling and inventory, and apply an omni-channel approach to sales and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
