Knitwell Group in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the brand’s hospitality. You’ll create memorable, personalized experiences for customers and uphold brand standards.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll coach associates, manage opening/closing tasks, and support scheduling, cash handling, and inventory. The role requires 18+ and 2 years of retail management, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor; share product knowledge with an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Foster positive teamwork across peers and leaders.
