KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for the Augusta location to supervise and mentor the team, upholding our Soma brand standards and a culture of hospitality. You will guide staff to create personalized, customer-centered experiences that go beyond a simple sale.

In this role, you’ll support opening/closing, coach performance, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure knowledge of current promotions. A passionate team player with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling.
