Job summary

KnitWell Group, encompassing Soma and related brands, is seeking a Sales Lead for the Savannah area. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and provide clear direction to achieve goals while delivering personalized, hospitality-driven experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is part time and located at Store 5388.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and brand priorities.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations such as cash handling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment and reflect our culture of hospitality.
