Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3027-Rice Village-WHBM-Houston to supervise and coach the team while upholding brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered service culture and guide associates to deliver personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality ethos.

As a Sales Lead, you will partner with store leadership to manage daily operations, share brand priorities, and excel on the sales floor through product knowledge and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Operates the register and supports scheduling, inventory, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Support scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-centered environment.
