Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered service that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will guide operations, mentor staff, and use an omni-channel approach to drive sales, while ensuring accurate cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment. Store 3397-Watters Creek, Allen, TX.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive team environment.
