Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3096-University Park Village-WHBM-Fort Worth, TX 76107. You will supervise the team, set direction, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and create memorable, personalized customer experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will drive sales on the floor, coach associates, and assist with scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team and lead by example.
• Support leadership responsibilities and uphold brand standards.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Manage opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations.
• Contribute to scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share product knowledge and store policies with the team.
• Foster a positive, customer-centered environment on the sales floor.
