KnitWell Group in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will support store leadership, coach staff, share brand priorities, and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis, including open/close duties and scheduling. This role emphasizes teamwork and exceptional guest service.

Competenze

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
