Job summary

White House Black Market in Destin, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model outstanding service. You’ll drive brand standards and a positive culture, guiding staff to deliver memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality.

You’ll mentor sales associates, manage daily operations on the floor and in the back, and help achieve team goals through coaching, scheduling, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
