White House Black Market in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

Requirements include at least 18 years old, 2 years retail management experience preferred, and the ability to lead with strong communication and teamwork. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
