Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train and supervise Sales Associates and General Utility Workers, and help deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll assign daily tasks, lead pre-shift briefings, greet guests, and ensure smooth operations in management’s absence.

You will also manage inventory, assist with payroll coordination, and support nightly closeouts with accuracy in cash handling and reporting. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and reporting skills.
• Legal age to work with alcohol where applicable.
• Proof of alcohol training/certification when required.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to operate POS and store equipment.
• Maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to review day’s tasks and safety briefings.
• Act as a concierge resource for guests and be knowledgeable about the area.
• Ensure guests are greeted upon entry to the store.
• Train staff in their roles to build a customer-focused team.
• Maintain smooth operations in the manager’s absence and handle issues promptly.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventory and note shortages.
• Order merchandise to meet demand from warehouse/vendors.
• May conduct monthly safety inspections and file reports.
• Ensure store cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
