Staples is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You and the team will focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service while delivering complete solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Effective communication skills and organization.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand needs.
• Experience coaching or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience across store areas.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties.
• Support an engaging store environment and complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM and delegate as needed.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results through role playing and feedback.
