Staples is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors to lead store teams toward exceptional customer service and increased sales. You will coach staff, manage weekly merchandising plans, and direct floor operations to deliver total solutions.

The role emphasizes engaging customers, adapting to changing priorities, and supporting the store in achieving sales targets while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and conversions
• Comfort with a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to lift/move materials (10–50 lb) and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks with the GM.
• Coach team on behaviors to win, delivering great customer service and results.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
