Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs.
• 1+ year of experience selling retail products or services.
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent communication skills, organized and adaptable.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Capable of handling conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 lb range and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions for customers.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and be flexible to new duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging environment and support the team.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win, through role playing and feedback.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
