Job summary

Staples is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service throughout the store, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Hiring immediately. Provide peer coaching, own weekly sales and merchandising activities, and perform Floor Leader duties to deliver a top‑notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to cover store needs.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Ability to engage customers and assess needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to handle conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role and direct the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging store environment and assist with merchandising and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate operational tasks with the General Manager.
