Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Destin, FL location to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and deliver customer-centered experiences. You will model brand standards, drive performance, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on the sales floor and in back-of-house tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to support nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and providing guidance to the team.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
