TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our new Fabletics Retail Store in Southlake, TX. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and supporting sales and store operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager and a team of associates to engage customers, share product knowledge, and drive store performance. The ideal candidate has retail experience and a passion for active lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience, a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Running, and other healthy activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class retail store customer experience and support in sales and operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Train and give feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Aim to meet store performance, productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards.
