Job summary

KnitWell Group, operator of White House Black Market (WHBM) in Holland, MI, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership and motivate the team. The role focuses on leadership, customer experience, and brand standards to drive sales and store culture with Omni-channel support.

The position requires 2 years of retail leadership experience, 18+ years old, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunity for growth within our brands is available.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to maintain performance goals.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Create a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflecting our hospitality culture.
