KnitWell Group's White House Black Market unit in Milford, CT is hiring a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards to create welcoming, customer-centric experiences.

You will manage opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while promoting product knowledge and an omni-channel approach. This role requires 18+ and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
