KnitWell Group, the operator of White House Black Market, is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3552-Thruway Center-WHBM-Winston Salem. You will supervise the team, model customer-centric service, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards.

You will drive a welcoming, customer-focused environment, coach staff, and partner with store leaders to achieve goals while maintaining our culture of hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
