KnitWell Group operates White House Black Market store in West Palm Beach. The Sales Lead will supervise the team, model hospitality, and drive brand standards to deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences.

You will support leadership, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations on the sales floor and in stockroom. The role requires strong communication, a 2‑year retail management preference, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail management experience preferred.
• Able to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
