Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative when opportunity arises.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support Sales & Operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to hit targets.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and handle inventory as needed.
