Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, UT. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales in a fast-paced, active lifestyle brand environment.

You will engage customers, train team members, and support in-store events while maintaining merchandising standards and safety protocols. Must be flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fitness trends.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail inventory.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand culture and educate customers on product features.
• Engage customers and drive in-store events and promotions.
• Assist Store Manager and teammates to meet sales goals.
• Provide training feedback related to the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory awareness.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
• Unpack inventory boxes and manage 10–30 lb shipments.
