Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and fitness culture.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by explaining fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance standards.
• Work with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Contribute feedback to improve the business and store objectives.
