Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Northpark Center in Dallas, TX. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, collaborate with the Store Manager and team, and bridge in-store and online shopping journeys.

You’ll lead engaging customers with product knowledge and motivate staff to hit bold store targets. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting events, promotions, and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products and customer needs.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport with a diverse audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, initiative, and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, features, and function.
• Support store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and give feedback on the customer experience playbook.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed goals in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping.
• Participate in feedback loops to improve the business.
