Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead at Northpark Center in Dallas, TX. You will work with the Store Manager and a team to deliver a first-class customer experience, leveraging our omni-channel approach to help customers shop seamlessly between online and stores.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, engage with customers, and support events while driving sales and maintaining store standards. This role requires flexibility to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience minimum.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, cycling, Pilates, running or weights is a plus.
• Ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator who can motivate others.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and drive sales in-store and across omni-channel touchpoints.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Support store events, promotions and community activities to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and associates to meet/exceed targets and maintain stock integrity.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and safety standards.
• Actively contribute feedback to improve business and store performance.
• Unpack inventory and assist with receiving as needed.
