You will coach associates, assist with scheduling and opening/closing, handle cash, maintain inventory, and ensure knowledge of current promotions while delivering memorable service. This role requires flexible availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
